Welcome to the Troy Independent School District a quiet urban fringe community located in the heart of Central Texas. Our mission is to engage all students in a relevant and inspiring education that produces future-ready graduates. Across four campuses and with 1,700 students, our staff is ready to serve every student through a safe and caring environment. We are strong as a result of the partnerships and support from parents and the community. We love our schools and are proud of our traditions.

Troy ISD provides excellent learning opportunities for our students including Career and Technical Education (CTE) resulting in industry-recognized certifications; advanced placement courses, dual-credit courses; exploration into STEM through local partnerships and campus classes; and competitive athletics. It is through learning opportunities like these, combined with an engaging and rigorous curriculum, a focus on teaching and modeling ethical behavior, and increasing parent involvement that help us continue to move forward in providing a quality educational system for our students. Troy ISD prepares students for postsecondary success, whether they choose to join the workforce, attend college or a university, or join the military.
