To access your child’s library, click “Library” at the top of the screen. Here you will find all of the books for the corresponding campus library. If you have multiple children attending an individual campus, you can toggle between students at the top left of the catalog. You can filter by the access status of books in your catalog. Drop down the “Access” menu above the catalog and select the restriction status you want to filter by.

As you scroll through the catalog, you will see high-level insights
about each book. From the catalog screen, you can recommend books for your child by
clicking “Recommend”. You can change the approval status of books at the bottom of the card. If a book says “School Pick” it means that the librarian
recommended that book for your child.
To access more details about a book, click on the book title to be taken to the ʻGeneral Information’ page. This includes publisher details and an overview of what the book is about.

Below your students, you can view similar books to the one you are viewing. These are generated by our AI content insights.
Once you’re in book details, click “My Activity” on the left hand side to view
your history of approval changes for a particular book.
From the ʻGeneral Information’ page, toggle to ‘Discover’ on the left hand side to access more engagement features.

OnShelf is also available in Spanish! To change the language, navigate to the dropdown menu in the top right side of the screen. You can also change the default language in your settings.
